Laureli is a Leadership Coach and Sweet Spot Expert. Her extensive coaching background, as well as past experience gives her a unique depth and breadth for making a difference with our clients.
Understanding people’s motivations and behavior and using this awareness to facilitate making things work is her passion. She became adept at assessing and using ThriveTypes, received certification in the integral, intuitive and somatic work of Robert Augustus Masters, studied Applied Existential Psychotherapy, and received certification in the Tools for Conscious Living and Loving. Laureli also completed the Leadership and Transformation (LAT). Now she applies her extensive experience and training to helping leaders across industries build great teams, effectively organize game plans and processes, and work from their Sweet Spot.
